Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 30 g raisins
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 50 g brown bread, grated
- 50 g sugar
- some lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Soak the raisins in lukewarm water, then drain. Whisk the buttermilk with the brown bread and sugar, then add the raisins. Season the soup with lemon juice and sugar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
