Chicken breast in soy-honey sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 chicken breast fillets
  • 150 g honey
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp, heaped margarine
  • Flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the chicken breast fillets crosswise, but not all the way through. Season with salt and pepper. Then coat the fillets in flour. Chop the garlic. Melt the butter and gently fry the chicken in it (not too hot). Then add the margarine to the pan and fry the garlic. Deglaze with the soy sauce and add the honey and vinegar. Cook for a few minutes until a nice sauce forms.
