Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 1 lime(s), untreated
- 6 tbsp dry white wine
- 4 spring onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Arrange the trout fillets on a deep platter. Wash the lime in hot water, zest, and squeeze the juice. Mix the zest and juice with the white wine. Wash the onions and finely slice them. Mix with the marinade and spread over the fillets. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
