Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup lemonade
- 2 eggs
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 can of pear(s)
- 400 ml cream
- 400 g sour cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- e.g. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Whisk the eggs and 1 cup of sugar until frothy. Add the oil and lemonade. Combine the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder and stir to combine. Drain the pears well. Pour the batter into a prepared springform pan and arrange the pears on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form and gently mix with the sour cream. Season to taste with 2 tablespoons of sugar and lemon juice. Pour the mixture onto the cooled base and smooth it out or spread it into waves. Finally, sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
