Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes
filled pizza with ham, eggs and mushrooms
First, preheat the oven to 250°C. Knead the flour, warm water, yeast, and salt in a food processor until you have a smooth dough. It doesn’t need to rise; 10 minutes of kneading is sufficient. Chop the salami, ham, and egg into small pieces, drain the mushrooms, and mix the tomato paste with the water to make a tomato sauce (using a fork or whisk). Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a round pizza pan, ideally on a round pizza tray. Spread with 2/3 of the tomato sauce. Sprinkle with 3/4 of the cheese. Cover one side with salami, mushrooms, ham, and egg. Fold the dough over so that the bottom half slightly overhangs. Then fold this over and press down lightly. Finally, spread with the remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 250°C for about 7 minutes. Since ovens often vary greatly, adjust the temperature to your own.
