Salmon salad with cream cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g cream cheese, natural
  • 50 g herb cream cheese
  • n. B. chives
  • n. B. Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them. Chop the salmon into small pieces. Place both in a bowl, add the cream cheese, season with a little freshly ground pepper, and mix everything together. Finally, add the fresh chives and stir briefly. Salt is not needed. Tip: If you like, you can also add dill or garlic, or even a little chimi churri.
