- 20 g mayonnaise, light version if desired
- 50 g yogurt, 1.5%
- 3 gherkins
- 1 spring onion(s)
- 50 g crab
- salt and pepper
- e.g. herbs, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Low carb and SiS, simple and delicious
Boil the egg for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, and herbs. Finely chop the gherkins and spring onions and mix them in with the prawns. Once cooked, rinse the egg, cut it into small cubes, and carefully fold it in. Perfect for a low-carb diet. The salad would also be delicious as a spread on bread.
