Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g cheese, e.g. German Tilsiter or Emmental
- 50 g smoked bacon
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 apples
- some lettuce leaves
- some parsley
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Sugar
- salt and pepper

Finely dice the bacon and fry in a hot pan, then let cool. Finely dice the cheese. Wash the chives, shake dry, and cut into small rings. Mix everything together. For the dressing, mix the lemon juice, sugar, pepper, and salt together, then whisk in the oil. Pour the marinade over the cheese and let it marinate for a while. Meanwhile, wash the apples, remove the cores with a corer, and thinly slice the apples. Trim, wash, and drain the lettuce leaves. Line two plates with lettuce leaves and apple slices, arrange the cheese crumble on top, and garnish with parsley.
