Frankfurter sausage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pairs of sausages, frankfurters, cut into thin slices
  • 200 g Gouda cheese, cut into thin sticks
  • 1 small jar of bell pepper(s), pickled, cut into thin strips
  • 2 gherkins, thinly sliced
  • n. B. herbs, chopped.
  • 8 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp liquid from the peppers
  • 3 tbsp liquid from the cucumbers
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s), pressed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Loosely mix the sausages, cheese, bell peppers, cucumbers, and herbs in a bowl. Stir the dressing ingredients well, pour over the salad, and mix again. Let it sit for at least half an hour.
