Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 500 g tartar
  • 500 g pasta (thin sliced ​​pasta)
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi
  • Vinegar
  • oil
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with a splash of oil for 3 minutes, drain, and fluff with a generous splash of oil. Season generously with salt, Maggi, and vinegar. Dice the bell peppers and mix with the pasta. Fry the tartare in oil and chop. Add a diced onion and fry, season with Fondor and pepper. When the tartare is crumbly, add it to the pasta, mix well, and season to taste. Finely chop the parsley and fold it in.
