Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour, smooth
  • 350 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 shot of oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 42 g yeast
  • Grains, various, e.g. sprinkling
  • Cream or yogurt for spreading

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Knead all ingredients except the cream and seeds into a dough. This works best with a mixer, as it will be very soft. Then don’t let it rise. Shape immediately as desired – into a loaf, or place in the sun and spread with yogurt, then sprinkle with various seeds of your choice. Place immediately in a preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes. Watch for browning; remove early if necessary. Tastes delicious and is prepared in no time.
