Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml white wine
  • 250 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ lemon(s), untreated
  • ½ orange(s), untreated
  • 1 tsp clove(s)
  • 2 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ orange liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine white wine and orange juice in a saucepan. Attach a cinnamon stick to each half of the lemon and orange and add it to the punch along with the sugar. Heat slowly but do not boil. Add the orange liqueur just before boiling. Serve in preheated punch glasses.
