My sausage salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat sausage (Lyoner), sliced
  • 10 tomatoes
  • 10 gherkins
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental) in one piece
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp vinegar (more or less depending on your taste)
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and peel the eggs. Cut the tomatoes, gherkins, Emmental cheese, and eggs into small pieces. Cut the Lyoner into pieces as well. Transfer everything to a large bowl and season with oil and vinegar. Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours before serving.
