Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g wholemeal flour or ground oat flakes
  • 25 g flour
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of baking powder or a sip of beer
  • 125 g tomato(s), pureed
  • some pizza seasoning or oregano
  • some chili powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some Parmesan
  • e.g. feta cheese
  • e.g. arugula
  • n. B. Parma ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super easy, super fast – never again frozen pizza

Simmer the passata with a little olive oil, pizza seasoning, chili powder, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat a 28 cm frying pan with a dash of olive oil. Mix the whole-wheat flour, flour, milk, egg, and baking powder well. Add a little pizza seasoning and salt and stir again. Pour the dough into the pan. After 3 minutes, turn it over and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side. Turn the finished pizza base out onto a large plate. Spread the reduced pizza sauce over the base and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. If desired, top the pizza with feta, arugula, Parma ham, etc.
