Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 can pineapple, chopped
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 jar mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and finely chop the leek. Place it in a bowl. Chop the cheese and ham and add it. Drain the pineapple through a sieve, reserving the juice. For the sauce, add enough pineapple juice to the mayonnaise until it reaches the desired consistency. Pour this over the salad and mix. The salad is now ready to serve. Tips: I use sliced ​​chicken breast instead of ham because we don’t eat pork. If you want to prepare the salad in advance, stir in the sauce just before serving.
