Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of meat salad (large pack), preferably fresh from the butcher
  • 1 can pineapple (medium can)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 can of corn (medium can)
  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 tsp curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the corn and pineapple thoroughly. Chop the eggs and onion. Mix everything together in a bowl. It tastes great just before grilling, but also delicious the next day.
