Pear-Apple-Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ mango(s)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 small peach(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp yogurt, 3.5%
  • 200 ml apple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 22 minutes

prepared with the ice cream maker, also delicious as a milkshake

Puree the mango, pear, and peach. Add the yogurt and vanilla sugar. Pour in the apple juice until the total is 500 ml, and chill for 1 hour. Then churn in the ice cream maker for 12-15 minutes. It also tastes delicious if you pour 2-3 tablespoons of the finished ice cream over cold milk.
