Lemon yogurt ice cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 ml natural yogurt
  • 100 ml cream, liquid
  • 12 tsp sugar, heaped
  • 4 lemons

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the cream and sugar until all the sugar has dissolved. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the mixture. Place the mixture in the freezer for about 5 minutes, then pour it into the ice cream maker and churn for about 30 minutes, depending on the type of ice cream maker, until it’s firm. It tastes wonderfully refreshingly tart for hot summer days and is quick to prepare.
