Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • Sugar or liquid sweetener
  • ½ bottle of dry sparkling wine
  • Mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Wash and chop the strawberries, and add sugar if desired. Let them sit for about 30 minutes. Then puree the strawberries. Pour in sparkling wine and fold in the finely sliced ​​fresh mint. Pour into glass bowls and place in the freezer. After 2-3 hours, the sorbet is ready to enjoy.
