Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 orange(s), untreated
  • 1 grapefruit(s), untreated
  • 1 lime(s), untreated
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • 50 g blossom honey
  • 4 lemon balm leaves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Wash all the fruit, dry it, and cut very fine strips of peel. Finely chop the peel strips. Squeeze the fruit and strain the juice. Boil the mineral water with the honey and let it cool again. Mix the fruit juice with the finely chopped peel, chopped lemon balm, and honey syrup. Pour the mixture into a bowl and freeze. Stir occasionally with a fork. Divide among bowls and serve immediately.
