Turkey breast salad sandwich

Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 400 g turkey breast slices
  • 1 jar Cornichon(s), drained weight approx. 190 g
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g brunch with yogurt
  • 75 ml mineral water
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 14 slice(s) toast bread (sandwich toast), whole grain

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the turkey breast and gherkins into strips. Dice the onion. Halve the tomatoes. Place everything in a bowl. Mix the spread with mineral water, season with mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix with the salad. Toast the bread and fill two slices each with the salad.
