Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 8 m.-large strawberries
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp sea buckthorn pulp
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Briefly toast the two slices of bread in the toaster. It’s not necessary, but it makes it crispier. Slice 4 strawberries. Chop the other 4 strawberries and puree them with the maple syrup, sea buckthorn pulp, and cinnamon using a hand blender or a blender. Add the puree to the cream cheese and mix well. Spread the cream cheese on the bread and top with the strawberry slices.
