Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of dumplings (bread dumplings)
  • 2 tbsp herb butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 100 ml water
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the dumplings according to the package instructions. Dice the onion, finely chop the chives, and slice the cooked ham. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, chives, and cooked ham. Season with salt and pepper, add the vegetable stock and 100 ml water. Stir in the cheese and melt, then season to taste. Slice the bread dumplings. Heat the herb butter and fry the dumplings until golden brown. Serve the dumplings with the sauce on a warmed plate and sprinkle with chives.
