Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ orange(s), peel
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • ½ bunch mint
  • 160 g green olives from the jar
  • 150 ml oil (sunflower)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the orange peel into thin strips. Roughly crush the pepper. Place both in a glass with the mint leaves and olives and top with oil.
