  • ½ orange(s), peel
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • ½ liter oil (sunflower)

Deseed the chili. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Place the chili, orange peel, vanilla seeds, and pod in a bottle and add the oil. Seal and let it steep for 1 week.
