Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 25 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp baking powder, level
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 175 g processed cheese with walnut kernels
  • 150 g blue cheese, creamy
  • 5 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 150 g grapes, blue
  • 1 can pineapple, sliced ​​(340g)
  • 200 g Camembert(s), cream
  • 250 g green grapes
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 kiwis
  • 6 half peach(s) , ad can

For the dough, mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer (dough hook), first briefly on low and then on high. Chill the dough for a good 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a greased baking tray, prick it several times with a fork and put the baking tray in the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 200°C (preheated) Fan oven about 180°C (not preheated) Gas mark: 3 – 4 (preheated) Baking time: about 15 minutes Allow the pastry sheet to cool. For the topping, slice the blue cheese. Wash, halve and deseed the blue grapes. Drain the pineapple slices. Slice the Camembert. Wash, halve and deseed the green grapes. Dice the feta cheese, peel and slice the kiwis. Cut the processed cheese into thick strips and drain the peach halves. Top the pastry platter with the fruit, then top each fruit* with the corresponding cheese. Place the baking tray in the oven. Baking temperature: see above.
