Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g trout fillet(s)
  • 2 cl brandy
  • 2 cl apple juice
  • 100 g horseradish, creamed horseradish (-150g)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch dill, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste.
