Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g trout fillet(s)
- 2 cl brandy
- 2 cl apple juice
- 100 g horseradish, creamed horseradish (-150g)
- 200 g sour cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch dill, chopped
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste.
