Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 160 g flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the chocolate and melt it with the butter over a hot water bath. Beat the eggs, sugar, and cinnamon until frothy. Add the chocolate mixture. Combine the flour and cocoa powder and stir briefly. Pour into a baking dish (approx. 20 x 30 cm) lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C for hot air) for about 30 minutes, until the surface is crispy but the center is still slightly soft. Let cool in the dish, then cut into cubes.
