Flatbread tuna pizza

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 flatbread(s)
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • e.g. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 pack of cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Pizza with a difference, so simple and yet so delicious

Dice the onions and garlic cloves. Drain the tuna. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic. Sprinkle the flour over the pan and deglaze with enough milk to make a creamy sauce, then season. Cut the flatbread horizontally and spread the sauce on top. Then add the tuna and then the cheese. Bake at 170°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
