easy and quick in the microwave

Allow the gelatin to swell in plenty of cold water. Combine the cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla seeds, and vanilla pod in a microwave-safe bowl, stir, and heat with the lid on in the microwave for 4 minutes at 650 watts. Remove the vanilla pod, stir, and cook, covered, in the microwave for another 2 minutes. Squeeze the gelatin well and stir into the hot cream mixture. Allow to cool slightly, then add the quark and mix well. When the mixture begins to set, pour it into containers. You can coat the containers with a little cooking oil beforehand to make it easier to remove the panna cotta. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
