Chocolate-vanilla cream

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup whipped cream, 200 ml
  • 3 pinches of cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Melt the chocolate in the microwave at 380 watts for about 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream until waves form, adding the whipped cream occasionally. Then stir in most of the melted chocolate. Stir in the vanilla. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. To serve, divide everything between medium-sized plates and pour over the remaining chocolate.
