Vanilla yogurt with plum compote

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g vanilla yogurt
  • 6 plums
  • 1 tbsp Amaretto
  • 10 g cinnamon sugar
  • e.g. whipped cream (cream puff)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

A quick dessert for 2

Wash the plums, dry them, and pit them. Then dice them, mix them with the Amaretto and cinnamon sugar, and let them sit for a while. Heat briefly in a microwave at 600 watts until bubbles appear, let them simmer slightly, then remove from the microwave and let them cool again. Divide the vanilla yogurt between two attractive glasses. Place the compote on top, garnish with whipped cream, if desired, and serve.
