Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of white bread without crust
- 25 g butter, slightly warmed
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3 eggs
- 600 ml milk
- 40 g sugar
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder
- 75 g milk chocolate
- Fat for the mold

Butter the bread slices, sprinkle with cinnamon, and cut into triangles. Whisk the sugar and eggs in a bowl. Gently warm the milk with the coffee powder and half of the chocolate. Whisk well with a whisk and pour over the eggs. Mix everything thoroughly. Place the bread pieces in a greased baking dish and pour the custard over them. Let stand for at least 30 minutes. Bake the dish in a water bath in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, until the custard is set. About 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, sprinkle the remaining chocolate over the custard.
