Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork steaks (back or rump, 150 g each)
  • 2 cans of meat (seasoned meat)
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Butter, in flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to top heat or grill. Rinse the pork and pat dry, then season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear the steaks on both sides. Remove, wrap in aluminum foil, and let rest briefly. Meanwhile, heat the seasoned meat and grease a baking dish with oil. Remove the steaks from the foil and place them in the baking dish. Spread the seasoned meat over the steaks, sprinkle with cheese, and top with knobs of butter. Briefly bake in the oven until the cheese begins to brown. Serve with fried potatoes or French fries and a salad.
