Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of Leberkäse
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 ml broth
  • n. B. Sauce thickener
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the meatloaf slices into small cubes and fry them in a pan until crispy. Slice the onion into rings, add, and sauté until translucent. Add the broth and simmer. Thicken the broth to a sauce and season to taste. Serve with rice, potatoes, or mashed potatoes.
