  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 g ham (turkey ham)
  • 250 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Toast or white bread
  • pepper

Instructions

Leek rolls from the Bavarian Forest

Trim and finely chop the leek, and also finely chop the turkey ham. Mix the leek, turkey ham, Gouda, and crème fraîche well in a bowl and season with pepper to taste. Spread the mixture on slices of toast or white bread. Cut the bread diagonally in half. Bake at 200°C for 5-10 minutes.
