Peach and pear salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 peaches
  • 3 bulb(s)
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

refreshingly light dessert

Dice the unpeeled peaches and pears and place them in a bowl. Mix the yogurt with cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice and pour over the fruit. Mix well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
