Pasta salad with sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta shells
  • 1 can peas, drained weight 280 g
  • 200 g Vienna sausages
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 apple
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 170 g mayonnaise
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 3 tbsp shashlik sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and place in a bowl. While the pasta is cooking, drain the peas and add them to the salad bowl. Thinly slice the Vienna sausages. Dice the tomatoes and cheese. Add everything. Peel, core, and finely chop the apple. Finely dice the onion. Add everything to the other ingredients and mix well. Combine the mayonnaise, shish kebab sauce, lemon juice, and seasonings to make a salad dressing and combine with the remaining ingredients.
