Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 slices of ham
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • Pinch(s) of pepper, mixed, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Spread cream cheese on both slices of bread and top each with a slice of ham. Peel half an avocado and slice it into thin strips. Arrange the slices evenly on both slices of bread and sprinkle with mixed pepper and salt.
