Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of pumpernickel (black bread)
- Butter, for spreading
- 200 g cheese (goat cheese in cubes)
- ½ bunch chives
- 4 egg yolks
- some paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for in between
Spread the bread with butter, top with cheese cubes, and sprinkle with chives. Place an egg yolk in the center of each bread and sprinkle with a little hot paprika. Briefly bake until the cheese melts slightly and the egg yolk sets.
