  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 15 olive oil, black
  • 2 Pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours

For the dough, mix 350g flour, sugar, and about 1/2 teaspoon salt. Dissolve the yeast in 200ml warm water. Add the eggs and yeast mixture to the flour and knead. If the dough is too runny, add a little more flour. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté. Add the oregano and tomato paste, fry briefly, and season with salt and pepper. Then set everything aside for a moment. Dice the feta cheese, halve the tomatoes and olives, and slice the peppers into rings. Knead the dough, roll it out on a lightly floured surface, and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Then spread the minced meat, cheese, tomatoes, olives, and peppers on top. Bake at 175°C fan oven for approximately 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.
