Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of XL pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tbsp, leveled paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
  • Jalapeño(s)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Place the pizza dough on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cut into 3 equal strips. Brown the ground beef, add the onion and diced bell pepper, and simmer with tomato paste, a little water, and the seasoning. The ground beef shouldn’t be too wet. Spread the ground beef on the pizza dough and top with the finely chopped feta and jalapeños. Fold the edges over to form a boat and bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
