Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 cup(s) whipped cream
- ½ cup(s) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- ¼ cup(s) flour
- 4 packets of vanilla sugar
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the sugar, flour, and salt. Add the milk and bring to a boil, whisking until smooth. Whisk the eggs and add to the hot milk. Remove from heat and whisk vigorously for 1 minute, then let cool completely. Stir in the vanilla sugar and fold in the whipped cream. Transfer to a sealable container and place in the freezer. Stir every hour until the ice cream sets.
