Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 12 king prawns
  • 100 g mozzarella, thin slices
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 12 slice(s) bacon, without fat edge
  • 200 g sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice

Peel the shrimp, leaving the head and tail tip intact. Slit the back, but do not cut all the way through. Fill the slit with pepper-seasoned mozzarella. Wrap each shrimp with a slice of bacon, starting with the head, which should be visible, and then spiral the bacon down to the tail. Brush with oil and grill or bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 7-10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the dip. Mix all the ingredients (sour cream, salt, pepper, and lemon).
