Applesauce – Pudding – Crumble Cake
The perfect applesauce – pudding – crumble cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for the ground
- 250 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
for the filling
- 2 Apples
- 500 ml Applesauce
- 1 packet Vanilla custard powder
- Water
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
for the sprinkles
- 150 g Flour
- 60 g Sugar
- 80 g Butter
- Cinnamon powder
- Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix well with the mixer.
- Then fill a springform pan and press the dough up to about 2 cm at the edge.
- Let the applesauce simmer in a saucepan.
- Mix the pudding powder with a little water and sugar and add to the saucepan, add a little cinnamon and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Spread this mixture on the dough base.
- 2 Peel apples, cut into wedges and place on top of the pudding mixture.
- Mix the ingredients for the crumble and sprinkle on top.
- Bake the cake at 160 ° for about 45 minutes.
