Applesauce – Pudding – Crumble Cake

  • 0,5 packet Baking powder

for the filling

  • 2 Apples
  • 500 ml Applesauce
  • 1 packet Vanilla custard powder
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon

for the sprinkles

  • 150 g Flour
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 80 g Butter
  • Cinnamon powder
  1. Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix well with the mixer.
  2. Then fill a springform pan and press the dough up to about 2 cm at the edge.
  3. Let the applesauce simmer in a saucepan.
  4. Mix the pudding powder with a little water and sugar and add to the saucepan, add a little cinnamon and bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Spread this mixture on the dough base.
  6. 2 Peel apples, cut into wedges and place on top of the pudding mixture.
  7. Mix the ingredients for the crumble and sprinkle on top.
  8. Bake the cake at 160 ° for about 45 minutes.
