Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 spring onions
- 1 can of corn
- ½ bunch parsley
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 ml tomato juice
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 point dumplings (mini dumplings)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean and wash the spring onions and slice into rings. Drain the corn in a colander. Wash the parsley, pat dry, and finely chop. Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly. Add the spring onions and fry briefly. Add the tomato juice and corn and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, prepare the mini dumplings according to the package instructions. Cook in boiling water for about 7 minutes, then remove. Add to the minced meat pan and serve sprinkled with parsley.
