Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 6 leaves of oregano, fresh
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes
Peel the onion and garlic. Pluck the rosemary sprig. Finely chop the rosemary needles with the oregano, onion, and garlic. Add the spices and oil and mix well. This marinade is enough for about 500 to 750 g of meat of your choice. It’s best to massage it in and let it marinate overnight in a tightly sealed container. Then cut the meat into strips and sear them. Cook in a pan over medium heat.
