Grape jelly made from freshly squeezed fruits

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 ml grape juice, fresh
  • 50 g lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • ½ bottle of bitter almond flavor
  • 500 g gelling sugar 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

with lemon, cinnamon and bitter almond flavor

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and let stand for about 15 minutes. Then boil everything in the gelling sugar according to the package instructions, skimming off some of the foam. Pour into hot, rinsed jars and seal with boiled lids.
